Quality Improvement for Public Health Certificate Program

Description
Heartland Centers for Public Health and Community Capacity Development in conjunction with the Missouri Institute for Community Health (MICH) and with assistance from the Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) and the Oklahoma Department of Health developed a basic level series of 5 quality improvement learning modules. The modules are to be considered as one more tool to assist in institutionalizing quality improvement in public health.

Registration Instructions

Instructions for completing a certificate program using the LMS:

  1. Click the enroll button to go to the enrollment page in the Heartland Centers Learning Management System.
  2. Select Enroll.
  3. When directed to the login page, login or create a new account.
  4. Once you have logged in, you will be redirected to the enrollment page.
  5. For instructions on creating an account, click here.

Once you have enrolled:

  1. Click the title of this certificate program in your Learning Plan to open the list of courses.
  2. Click on a course title to begin. (You may be required to complete a secondary registration with the course provider.)
  3. When all requirements have been met, a certificate of completion will be issued.
  4. You can download and print it from your Transcript Page using the Action menu.
